Refund and Returns Policy

We offer a 14-days return policy to help ease the stress of buying sight unseen. You’ve got 14 days after delivery to send it back to us and get a refund, minus shipping & a 20% restocking fee, calculated off the subtotal of your order. 

 

Return in original packaging

Our products are well packaged for shipping purposes. Without the original packaging we will not be able to accept your return.

 

As new condition

This means that if you have damaged the product, we will not be able to accept your return. Moreover, we cannot accept returns for merchandise that has been already assembled, unless it arrives pre-assembled.

 

Custom orders & special orders

Please note that the custom orders (SPECIAL ORDERS) are non-refundable and are non-returnable. (In case you’ve made the decision to cancel it, we will withhold the 30% restocking fee for any canceled Special Order). Special Order cannot be canceled because of the delay in the delivery, which has occurred because of the release of your order by the US Customs.

 

Custom orders & special orders based on Color-issue are non-refundable and are non-returnable.

 

Refund process

Products returned during the 14 Day Risk-Free Trial period will be inspected within 48 hours of receiving the merchandise into our warehouse, to ensure that they are in like-new condition. We will then process your request and issue a credit to your credit card or PayPal within one day. You will receive the email confirmation once the refund is complete. Depending on your card issuers policies, it may take up to 5 business days after we issue your refund for the credit to appear.

 

If the order has already been shipped, and then cancelled, please refer to the return policy. (You will be responsible for the shipping charges even if your order states Free Delivery we still pay to the shipping companies for those services).
