The Front Door Drop-Off option includes delivery from our warehouse to your home, but please note that assembly is not included. Depending on the size of your order, delivery is either handled by FedEx/UPS (for small items like barstools) or by truck (for larger items). To determine the shipping cost for this option, please add your desired product to the Shopping Cart.
For those who opt for our White Glove Service, we offer delivery and installation by a team of professional delivery experts. To check the cost of this service, simply add your desired product to the Shopping Cart. Our delivery team will provide you with a delivery time frame one day or a few days prior to delivery.
Lastly, we offer a Pickup from Warehouse option, which is free of charge. Please note that assembly is not included and an appointment schedule is required. It’s important to note that all the above terms apply to IN STOCK items only. For special orders, additional production time and shipping from Spain to the USA may be required.

Shipping Exceptions
We’re happy to accommodate our customers’ needs when it comes to packaging. If you prefer, we can discard all packaging upon your request. Alternatively, we can move the packaging to any room, garage, or side yard of your choice.
If you need to change the delivery address, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team before your item is shipped out. This is typically within 48 hours of placing your order. Please note that if your order is already in transit, a re-routing fee may apply.
For your security, all deliveries require a signature. This ensures that your order is received by you or a designated recipient and that everything has been delivered to your satisfaction.
